My 2026 Trd Offroad came with 18” wheels!?

Picked up my 2026 Trd OR this morning and found 265/65/18s on the truck! I was expecting and prefer the 265/70/17s. Weird.

that is strange...I thought the 17 inchers had a issue with brake lines?...Toyota could slapped 18s on it to alleviate that issue..what does your winow sticker say?

I have the TRD OR Premium, and 18" comes standard. You can easily throw on 275 70R18 or 285s, although those may require minor trimming from what I've seen in here. Here's my baby with 275

I believe 18's come with the premium package on the non-hybrid TRD off-road trim. Mine came with it also and I was surprised when I realized it as well.

Yeah it's the Westcott Collar Lift. 2.5" in the front and .5" in the back

I like the ‘18’s. I always wanted them, you can buy new take-offs for $1000 around here with tires. At this point I am waiting to see what the ‘27s bring as I may upgrade to an Off Road+. But all 6’ box OR here come with the 17’s

I bought a 26 OR Premium non-hybrid 3 weeks ago and it came with 265/65/18"s.

It kinda limits the tire selection. Looks like I’m going with Falken wild peak AT4
