Hello everyone, I've got a 23zero Peregrine Pro 270 awning and it's really nice but I'm thinking it's a bit much for our purposes. So I'm looking around at various awnings and saw the OVS HD Nomadic LTE 270 awning. It looks to be lighter, covers a smaller area and is easier to deploy. I'm curious if anyone here has experience with these?
I love Alu Cab stuff but not so crazy about the price.
Thanks!

I have the same 23Zero awning and it has everything I could ever need in an awning. I also have
The sidewalls, the Horizon 2 RTT and the Annex to the Horizon. Love the 23 zero brand. I spend a lot of time outdoors and love the quality. Not sure about those other brands.

I've got the OVS 90 and have no complaints. Probably wouldn't keep it up in a heavy downpour or strong winds, but I don't usually camp in those conditions.

I have the LTE 180 and I have been very pleased. I can’t seem to find a photo to attach.

Wife bought my 24 TRD

I have a BUNKER 270 awning and loved it at first, but I've had it on for over a year now. And fabric has stretched to the point when it rains, I worry about it ripping off.
Would not recommend this awning.

Really great info y'all, thank you! I'm probably going to buy the OVS HD 270 LTE later this week and see how it goes.
I worked with the 23zero awning this weekend and, while it's a really fantastic piece I think it's just too much for what we need. If anyone in NC/VA are looking for a 23zero Peregrine 270, holler!

If you want to save money, you might find a lightly used awning on Facebook Marketplace or eBay. I’ve bought a lot of good camping gear on Marketplace. EBay to a lesser extent.

I was glad to pick up two Kammok awnings this past week, a 5’ and 7’. A rooftop tent for wife’s car.
And a Roam box this evening with mounts.

I’ll drive up to 100 miles to check out expensive items like those.

Great thinking. There aren't as many folks selling fun stuff like this here but still worth the search! (and nice haul, on the new goods, btw)

Thanks! Glad to report, the Roam box is the current version with streamlined hinges, has the simple type of Roam mounts, and they gave me the t-track nuts and bolts set. Not a thing wrong with it. They said it’s too small for their needs. A little Koch Chemie Motorplast might be a good product to make it look brand new and protect it.

Thought I would run a quick search over here on the West Coast to see who is parting with their 23zero 270 awning (see pic)… from Facebook Marketplace.
Hope you can find something in your neck of the woods.
