Buzzing in the cab

Hi everyone,

I have this rattle coming from the inside of the vehicle, and I was wondering if anyone else has had this issue. It's coming from the dashboard, and I wanted to get more info before going to the dealer.

The sound is at the beginning of the clip and will happen often, but not in a pattern. Sometimes when I'm at a stop, it vibrates as well.

Interesting... That's more of a buzzing noise than a rattle IMO. The difference being that a rattle is just something loose bouncing around due to the truck moving. But a buzzing like that is something caused by vibration at a certain frequency.

Does your truck have anything aftermarket added? Or a GPS locator, LoJack, Immobilizer, etc? Some dealers put those in Lease vehicles or even as a dealer option on some vehicles that are sold outright. They are just zip tied under the dash sometimes.

Yes buzz sound is closer.

There is nothing extra that’s has been added whether or not they added that without my knowing who knows.
