Purchased this bed cover from RealTruck for my 2025 Taco. Got it all mostly installed, and everything seems to fit perfect except the width between the tracks is about 1/4 too narrow and the cover won't slide in the tracks. After some back and forth with emails and calls to customer service, they said that some of the 4th Gen Tacomas seem to be narrower than the rest...and that it just won't fit, nothing they can do. Looking at it I can't do anything that would widen it so I plan to return it. Thought I would post here before info that to see if anyone else had this happen to them and if by some miracle found a solution. I asked them to make sure I got the right parts and they assured me I did.
Kind of maddening I must say..thought I was doing something wrong in the install for many hours!

Retrax Pro (also from RealTruck) works great .... on mine. It's a little more money but maybe RealtTruck will swap them out for you to keep the sale.

Interesting. I had no issues.

My gripes so far:
1. The canister cover that faces bed side should be painted with something much more dvle given how much it's a scratch point. I plan to let it go then fully repaint when it gets super bad.
2. The t-slots rails don't go all the way to the cabin wall.
3. My 1/4 open stop position doesn't hold on a bump in the road, even when locked. I think I just need to bend the glide indents a bit more (just a time and test thing)

I have been really happy with the draining of the cover under rain (1/2" bit to drill for the tubes through the bed). I get very little leakage and basically all at the corners. Under a heavy storm with the truck sitting, the side walls were barely moist in a few places and the bed itself remained completely dry (no transference to its stored)
