Roof rack vibration issue TSB fix is out - "Abnormal Vibration From Accessory Roof Rack" (TSB-0016-25)

Went to my dealer this morning to get the roof rack TSB done.. no more vibrations at all." Got the truck up on the freeway over 70 and no vibration any more. They change out 3 rubber buttons with longer ones and re-torque everything. These are what they replace

Where are those rubber buttons installed? I'm in Canada and we haven't seen a TSB here yet. I've got that vibration; felt and heard it when exiting an automatic carwash, when those blowers activate to dry off the vehicle as it's leaving the wash bay.

They go on the bracket behind the wind deflector.

New ones are longer to put more pressure on the front air deflector..they also send longer bolts and a shim gauge…part number for the TSB kit is pt767-35100-sk

I just has this done. No more vibration.
The gap between the deflector and the roof is bigger now.

Thank you so much for posting this issue: I just took a trip from Denver CO area to Charlotte NC and when the winds were high across Kansas I had to slow below posted speeds to get the vibration to stop. It happened both directions and not just in Kansas. For a temp fix you can partially open the sunroof if you have one and it helps somewhat but it is noisy!
