Single ARB Compressor Engine Bay Installation Using Custom Bracket (3D Print File Inside)

Are the m5 bolts mounted with the threads facing up? Or secured with nuts under the bracket? Where would I use washers?

I don't recall the length of the bolts.

The holes in the truck are threaded. Put washers under the bolt heads. I don't recall which direction the ARB bolts go, but they need to be installed before bolting the bracket to the truck, if I recall. Yes, place washers next to the nuts as well.
