And then when you call them they try to blame it on the post office and say it must not have been scanned. Couple of problems with that: their own site says not shipped and after a week if the post office had it, then it would have been scanned at the next facility down the line. A mistake or shipping delay is one thing, sh&t happens, bad customer service is another. A simple “we screwed up and apologize, how can we make this right” would have gone a long way.
yeah , it was the bald faced lying ,
I wish them well but I will tell my story of my adventure with them as a cautionary tale

I've never had a bad experience shopping with them. A few items take a while but it's because certain items aren't stocked in their warehouse. They direct their order to the manufacturer amd it's the original manufacturer that takes a while to ship because it's usually s smaller company with not alot of employees. Every company someone will have a bad experience with.

I’m ok with that, but then don’t lie to me and say the post office forgot to scan it. A simple explanation would have gone a long way. Takes a long time to build a good reputation, one lie to ruin it.

I've have had several positive experiences with Tacoma Lifestyle. To play devil's advocate, my wife sells on Ebay, and our post office is terrible. They frequently don't scan her outbound packages. On several occasions, the packages don't get scanned till they are on the other side of the country, despite having to go through Houston to get there. So not only does my local PO screw up scanning, so does the Houston distribution hub. We've even had a package going to Florida end up in Alaska before. So I have no doubt the postal service could be at fault. Not belittling your negative experience. Just sharing my negative postal service experiences.
