yeah , it was the bald faced lying ,And then when you call them they try to blame it on the post office and say it must not have been scanned. Couple of problems with that: their own site says not shipped and after a week if the post office had it, then it would have been scanned at the next facility down the line. A mistake or shipping delay is one thing, sh&t happens, bad customer service is another. A simple “we screwed up and apologize, how can we make this right” would have gone a long way.
I wish them well but I will tell my story of my adventure with them as a cautionary tale
