Torque specification for hood hinge bolts?

Looking for the correct torque rating for the 4 hood bolts.

If I'm not mistaken, Cali Raised says to torque those bolts to 30-40 ft/lbs for their ditch light brackets.

I've looked on their products page and cannot find this info. Do you recall where you heard it? I don't see a install instruction booklet or anything to even reference.

Another fastener location in which tight is tight.
