I'm not up to speed on parts distribution or who usually sells OEM at consistently the best prices, but toyota.oempartsonline.com came in -$25 under vs. Toyota's dealer parts network w/the site wide sale & free ship when I priced some lightweight splash skids to swap on my TH in the winter.

EDIT: Nevermind - those guys are a carbon copy of Toyota's parts pricing. They quote you cheap shipping and then it's par with Toyota once you make it several levels into checkout!
