Ha! I went in a few weeks ago for my 5k maintenance and they said the same to me - just an inspection and tire rotation they don't do oil changes until 10k. Do... what?

I did my own at 1k and will be doing my 5k this weekend too. But totally agree - insane they don't want to spend 8 bucks in parts and oil and eat the labor to take care of you spending 45-65k.

I have a 2025 PRO and I can't find the maintenance schedule in the manual? I have the Owner's Manual and the Multimedia Owner's Manual. I feel like I am missing a book or supplement. Or is it a download? I'm not worried about oil change times but all of the other stuff that should be done at certain mileage.

and for what it's worth, I've put 100k miles on my 3rd gen using the 10k / 12 month oil change spec.

Sunrise Toyota in NY but the Google says 10000 miles as well.

17,500 miles here and almost on my 5th oil change. Did my first two (1000 & 5000) using my toyotacare. Doing it myself now on.

My dealer just said two years of free oil changes he did not attach a millage to it. I take my wife’s Prius in every 5K miles. It is rated at 10K miles for oil change but they do a vehicle check and tire rotation for free At 5K. That will stop when we hit the two year mark.

Well in this case it’s what the service manager said and what Google said. But I’ll look in the papers provided by the dealer as well. Google was a tad more convenient when I posted that comment.
