Turns out there is damage. The hinged hit the top of the fenders.

I noticed when I put the peddle to the floor at a complete stop the trans bogs down the rpm’s and I go no wear. I now shift manually down to 1st when pulling out into traffic.

I am waiting for the dual battery kits to hit the market before I go crazy with high amp connections.

so on road I love them. Truck drives smooth. My off-roading is limited to deep soft Long Island sand and so far so good. Better that my jeep with the aftermarket lift. If you’re not doing extreme crawling or Baja racing, the factory lift is a great thing.
