TPMS and spare

On a related note .....I got the OEM Michelin tire mounted on the TRD OEM rim. When I removed the temp spare from it's position, I noticed that grooves had been worn into the sidewall from a tubular cross member on the truck. For my new spare, I took a section of foam pool noodle and put it between the tire and cross member.

I've owned five Toyota trucks that had the spare under the bed. It sucked. I relocated 3 of them to the bumper.
