First of all your statement is WRONG. If you are the seller on Amazon then YOU handle the return, NOT Amazon. If you don't handle the CS or return then Amazon will jump in. I know because I am in business that sells on Ebay, Amazon AND our own website.

All you are trying to do is steer customers direct to your website to avoid the Amazon 12% selling commission. That is fine if your customer service AND RETURN policy is as good and easy as Amazon. If not I would recommend ALL customers to buy from Amazon as Amazon is VERY pro BUYER.

It says right on the product page who the seller is and how it is fulfilled. Again a wrong statement. If someone is ordering from YOU on Amazon then they would allegedly be getting the same "genuine" product from YOU.
