Ventilated Driver's Seat Issues?

Anyone had any 'weird' feelings in their driver's seat, for vehicles equipped with the ventilated seats? I've had my Trailhunter for about 2 weeks, and not only have I noticed that the ventilation doesn't seem to be working as well as Day 1, but I get this 'clunky' feeling when accelerating hard or braking hard, as if the lumbar mechanism is jolting back and forth. Curious if anyone else has had this experience thus far?

I'm not sure if we are talking about the same thing but I'm getting clunking from the driver seat on my TRD Pro. Passenger seat doesn't do it. I've posted about it here. One other guy said he experienced the same thing

Mine hits me in the back during braking. It seems like the motor is not secured very well and the sofTex is thin behind where my back rests. I was going to bring it up the next time I go to the dealer but the list of issues with my truck is slowly building. I miss my 3rd gen
