So a little update I do have the wheels back on and after some time I will be able to test 4hi a little more as it feels like it goes away but it’s a little tricky looking at rpm, mph, 4hi, and the road at the same time. So I did do some research on this needle bearing and after some research I decided to crawl underneath my truck and give the cv axle a good shake. There is movement on the divers side near the differential and no movement on the passenger side. My wife has a 25 4Runner limited and is all wheel drive I believe so I decided to give the cv axle on the drivers side of the 4Runner and it was tight. I believe the have similar running gear. Kind of leaning towards needle bearing

4hi, 2hi, 17” wheels/tires, 20”” wheels/tires still a vibration. Taking it back to Doctor Toyota for it’s normal. Gonna push some more for them to look at cv axles and drive line

Question for the ones who understand warranty better than I do. Would they blame the vibration issue on the bigger wheels if I mentioned it was more pronounced with them and would that affect my warranty
