Hybrid vibration

25 TRD sport hybrid 5ft bed around 8700 miles. I get this annoying vibration that only happens when the gas motor is running around 1500 RPM speed doesn't really matter sometimes but around 35-55mph
. I get a pulsating vibration that feels in the floor and the steering wheel. Almost like the motors lugging along.

Once it switches the EV mode or whatever we want to call it it goes away.
Any thoughts to help the dealer pin point ?

Sounds similar that what I am/was battling. I describe it as a mild lugging sensation in my LTD HV.

Dealership (two of them) were no help. Ended up going the @CAMTuning route and we are getting very close (it is currently SO much better than it was originally). Cam was able to identify the pattern in the logs and confirm it by an edit in which I could produce it on demand very clearly. We've since been working to eliminate it and smooth out some other annoyances in. Shift behavior.

If this behavior is keeping you from enjoying the truck, I seriously recommend hiring Cam. He can do everything remotely and is crazy responsive.

I have the lugging/studder/vibration at 43 to 48 mph with low rpms. Seems at time its worse than other times. Sometimes it seems to go away.
