California Want to run 10-12mm wheel spacers on stock rims - will this be ok with stock lugs?

Hello!
I'm currenty running TRD PRO wheels off of a 2025 Sequoia. I want to go back to stock rims(+55mm), but I like the increased offset/fit of my current wheels, which are +44mm.
Question, can I run a 10-12mm spacer on the stock lugs without fear? Here's what I'm looking at.

Also, if anyone is lookng for a set of BBS TRD Pro wheels for their rig, I'll have some for sale soon

In Canada it is illegal for a tire store to instll spacers. There is a reason for that and that is you cannot check the inside stud torque without taking the wheel off. In your case it appears like it goes on the same original studs so my comment to that is shorter thread grab for retaining the wheels. Do you understand the side forces on those studs when cornering. Sometimes we have to think things through and put the blingy look in second place. Best bet is to buy wheels with the offset you want.

Yea, us 4G folks are already getting the Jeep reputation with our fang lights and shit lol I would stop short of the wheel spacers and save for properly offset wheels

Appreciate the responses! I definitely understand the side forces, was just hoping someone would say 10mm less thread was negligible. The issue is I’m trying to avoid the look of aftermarket wheels. I like the stock TRDs, just wanted a hair more offset. Oh well!

I thought I saw some "TRD style" wheels that looked almost identical ? Maybe the offset is different ?
