My washer fluid pump is not working. I get a ground signal and power signal at the connector but when I hit the switch both sides drop the signal. I looked at the wiring diagram and it appears both are controlled by the SEMICONDUCTOR POWER INTEGRATION ECU (RIGHT SIDE OF ENGINE COMPT) not a relay. I think this is the fuse box itself? Anyone experience this?

Starting to look like the body control module is the fault.

I’m getting power at the ipdm. Triggering the column switch isn’t registering at the bcm when viewed on a scanner. Triggering via the scanner still doesn’t activate the pump. Triggering it manually from the connector at the ipdm to pump works fine.
