Ethanol-free fuel is about the worst thing you can do for a modern turbo engine. Ethanol adds additional knock protection and all modern vehicles are designed and tuned for it in mind. In a previous life, I'd review datalogs from 100s of tuned cars and it was pretty easy to spot when someone was using E0 fuel because the car would be knocking like crazy.

Use normal E10 pump fuel, your truck will be happier.

E15 has become common in some areas as well. But modern Toyotas are designed with that in mind.
