Not sure yet but it will be less than the ARB recovery hooks. Not looking to gain much profit but rather help anyone who has the models without a reinforced frame. I'm actually a bit aggravated that 50K won't give you this already. Nevertheless, I will post everything in a week or so. Thanks for your interest.

I have measured as I went. Multiple trial pieces made and adjusted. I have the final made. I do not have a drawing but I will make one and post. I will advise that the inside frame tube can slightly vary due to hole punching process and mass production. These are a pain to make until you make them.

Should still be a tolerance on the overall length of the sleeves though. Still, great job. I def pinched the frame rails on my SR5 torquing the bolts to 125ft/lbs. If'n you do make me a set I'll have to trim them to fit.

If you have a look at your frame you have 2 different size holes. This is not a factory weld-in. For me, I wanted what the factory designed and fabricated. This is a shade tree mechanics version.

I got ChatGPT to create a drawing, based on my measurements, would love to compare the measurements. Let me know how it lines up with yours and I will create a drawing for everyone to use.

Hey all, finally got my sleeves mfg by a company call rapid direct, however you can use any quick fab shop. They cost me $17.00 each, but I had to pay $50.00 for freight, so about $31.00 total for each one. I had them in about 10 days, which was very fast.

They fit great and even bolted on the tow hooks without crushing the frame. I did have to grind a little off on the driver’s side sleeve due to a bracket that had about 2 mm of interference—but nothing a grinder or file can't fix. You might not have that problem.

I still need to get them welded. I found a couple of automotive welders near me, since I'm not a welder.

If you’d like to use my 3D CAD drawing (.STEP), I’ve attached it. Just open the ZIP file, drag the file onto the Rapid Direct website, and get an instant quote.

The only thing I would have done differently is have them powder coated—I spray-painted mine for now.

Good Luck!

Nice fab work on your collars. I agree with the attention to detail. You can make about anything to work, but man, it's criminal to see anything fabricated other than factory design and specification used on a 60K truck. Excellent work.
When you weld in, I recommend two small welds as the factory did since you went the extra mile. A complete full circle weld isn't necessary since the collar fits the frame holes tight.

If you buy the ARB recovery hooks, the installation documents has a great picture of the factory welds.
