This is getting a tad ridiculous
Thanks for the tip Streetaco. Confirmed these bolts are hot along with the other bolts on the sides. So now I can just attach a ring terminal to the red wire and connect to the bolt and black wire to the chassis and I should be good on pulling power to the light bar

Yeah buddy, you’re good to go. Just remember to turn it off

Why do you only have 11.4 volts? That is a severely discharged battery.
