Howdy to our neighbors in the great white! I’ve never been up there but I’d sure like to visit sometime. Well guys, I’m just an ole TN country boy that wants some new wheels for my 4Runner, but I’m having some trouble getting the ones I want so,, I’ve got a favour to ask. The company I want to order them from is in Canada and they want $400 to ship 4 wheels. I’m hoping one of you dudes would be willing to let me ship the wheels to your home and then ship them to me at a better price. Are any of you in the shipping world? Any of you have a better idea?.. other than telling me to get lost?!

about a 2 hour drive from me, wheelwhiz is the company …. I know people who’ve dealt with them, and have had issues. The price you’re getting for shipping is likely due to duties and tariffs, that’s why it’s $400 to ship, welcome to current political realities. Sorry can’t help you, but maybe my comment is a reality check.

I have not dealt with Wheelwiz so I cannot offer an opinion on them. Looks like they ship to Ontario for free and charge a flat $400 for shipping to the US. I put a New State address and in came up with $400 shipping as well.
I enter the shipping details [25x25x60, 100lb] to your zip and the lowest quote for LTL came in at $345 in US$ which is around $465 CA$. The $400 unfortunately is in the ball park.

Thank you dudes for checking on this/advice.. it’s really helpful. I may just wait to find a set of OE TH wheels here in the states. Wheelwiz offers the replicas in a 17” and 18” size, pretty cool.

Too bad you don’t live closer to the border. I’ve had stuff shipped to Maine for free and I’d go pick it up there. There’s a feed store that accepts parcels and charges 10$ per box for handling. Beats the high international shipping rates.
