There's no such thing as ordering a Toyota, but hopefully, they're committed to three pedals through this generation, and you can wait out the spec you want.
I'm happy with mine, so if you want the MT, go for it.
I would expect there to be some portion of the bar illuminated at idle, but to my point, those are there for psychological comfort. Minimum oil pressure is pretty low I recall, 27lbs I think. It's possible the dealer used 0w-8 instead of 0w-20 during the oil change.
Check your level to be sure, but that's oil pressure, and I wouldn't rely on the dash for vitals.

Paint quality is a sign of the times I'm afraid, the white paint on mine is pretty thin. ~3.8 mils thick NEW. My old 04 scion xb is ~4.5 and I've pretty aggressively polished that a few times over the years, so it was certainly thicker when new.
They keep going thinner to save costs and speed...
I call into question the fundamental assumption that your dealer provided you with accurate information vs just saying "I don't want to put in the effort on this, go pound sand".
If new trucks stop being delivered with it as a factory option for a few months, I'd be inclined to believe it...
Makes sense, and that I assumed based on the torque curves between the auto and MT, but I assumed Sheldon would have just said the MT is tuned to minimize the chances of Low Speed Pre-Ignition. "Crankshaft Hammering" can mean a lot of things, while LSPI is specific and would leave no ambiguity...
This guy does a great job summarizing the strengths and compromises in the 2.4Turbo engine. I'm still very curious about the "crankshaft hammering" Sheldon mentioned, specific to the MT tune, but I look forward to seeing the weak links emerge as the platform is pushed.
All that said, I'm glad...
I have not installed them yet, just got them yesterday, but I bought what their search tool led me to, and they look like the factory lug nuts.

I have the factory locks but just got my set of Advanced Locks and they look like a quality product.
I don't worry much day to day but whenever I travel, it's a concern.
No worries, I saw the reply before the site crashed. More of a curiosity, ask. I would expect all the trends to correlate with what you've already demonstrated
Thanks
Thanks for posting, I have a ARB dual brushless and attempted to confirm if the kit was compatible but never got an email reply, and their phone number is only a directory so equally useless. I got the kit anyway, figuring I could make it work somehow.
From what I can tell it looks like it...
I honestly hope mine shits the bed while in warranty, and it's probably worth an extended warranty if not. There are used transmissions on eBay from salvage yards if it comes to that, but IMO, Toyota should issue a recall.
I went full Amsoil at ~5k miles and I'm glad I did, just like engines...
6k on a 6MT Off-Road, averaging ~20.5mpg which I find acceptable given the capability of the truck. Still on stock tires though.
Most accessories so far have added weight, but some seem to offset the weight through reduced aero drag.
Tonneau cover slightly improved mpg, and despite the...
When I first received the "wood trim", I was disappointed because it's very dark, almost black, but with the trim installed, I'm more happy with it. It's a wrap, not painted and definitely not exibition grade circassian walnut, but with some imagination it could almost pass for it.
