I’m just being dumb. I mean if you want aggressive tires maybe just change the wheels instead of getting rid of tires you like. Nothing at all wrong with Defenders.
I changed to a lighter SCS wheel combined with these Falkens and the MPG is stock. I’d change the wheels not the tires. These Falkens are barely aggressive enough for me. If anything I’d go bigger not smaller / less aggressive.

I don’t think it does anything because the rattle is coming from the top or bottom connection points into the pillar. Seems like something is loose on the inside.
