Interesting product, but questionable risk from rodents via that entry point vs every other entry point. I can’t say these really solve a serious problem.
Regarding the wireless charger, I picked this up from a guy on Etsy. Add an apple magsafe charger and you have a wireless charger in your sr5, or a 2nd one in your upgrade package taco.
I’m so late to the party on this thread and I can see the merits of some of the OP’s points, however, I think some are just Toyota’s way of building the cars and trucks they want to sell, rather than the ones we want to buy. Yet, we keep buying them.
Personally, I don’t want a locking gas cap...
On one side, first year production always lags prior years because manufacturers aren’t able to produce at normal volume for first 6 months or so. Secondly, high interest rates and vehicle costs hurt just about all manufacturers.
Congrats, that’s going to be a very enjoyable pickup. My first 24 taco was the same color and it really popped. Curious how you will be getting it into your basement for photos.
It’s taken a minute to share this review due to family obligations, work, and weather but I wanted to share my impressions of three different all weather liners with you.
I’ve had the chance to use the OEM Toyota liners, 3W Liners, and Lastfit liners in my 24 Tacoma.
I used the silly expensive...
I don’t think the doom and gloom YouTubers are helping either. Those click baiters are idiots and push the sky is falling narrative for views. I never click on their videos. Lil Kenny is the worst by far for this kind of thing.
I would agree that your dealers salespeople are likely the least knowledgable about the vehicles they sell. I’ve had sales people tell me “there’s only one interior color on this model” on a vehicle that actually had black, grey, and tan options.
