Now that you've completed that process, have you attempted to perform the full 360 degree camera system recalibration? That's where the problem manifests. Toyota has some internal software limitations on how much + / - adjustment each camera can have before triggering "out of tolerance"...
I have factory spray in. As stated, it came with drilled holes (I had 3 of them, left center right, each 1/4" in diameter).
They are missing, just take a drill and high speed bit and create a few. Just take your time so it's clean. I drilled two new ones at 1/2" diameter to be able to slip my...
The part that's up in the air is all around the camera being proper. Life is getting in the way of me getting to the final answer faster as I suspect it'll be a few weeks until I can pull the face off, swap the camera, then book the appointment with the dealer for the recalibration.
In the...
I didn't take that measurement, sorry. I can attempt to remember when I pull the face off again to swap out the camera bracket to the conforming one and remove the RAVE bracket.
Your additional limiting factors would be the depth clearance for the active shutter assembly (as that's what bolts...
That's the Granite interior.
It's what every digital listing of Boulder ended up coming with. Your digital window sticker likely says Granite correctly.
(I'm guessing they had some kind of production issue with the Boulder Softex b/c no one seemed to actually get it.
Did you actually get Boulder? It's a two tone brown when in Softex. Or did you order Boulder but get Graphite? Which is a very soft gray?
If you have the two tone brown, your limited is a serious unicorn.
The two camera setup that is with the upper brake light on in the cab has one camera that looks at the bed and one camera that serves the digital rearview
Separate from the camera in the tailgate handle that is specifically aimed down at the hitch connection point & "backup".
360 has 5 camera...
Fred Anderson Parts helped me hunt down the part number (they're awesome to work with) that their system associated to the TH/PRO grilles.
I won't have a chance to install it until a few weeks from now, though I was surprised that what arrived is a more horizontal mount and not vertical as...
Title says it all. Trying to get to the bottom the of the exact color used for the heritage bronze on badges, wheels, and center caps.
Ordered 4T0 touch up. Painted it onto white cardboard. Comparison photo included.
Now... Who can figure out the real color code?
I went with two gray Plano tool boxes from Home Depot. Weather tight. Less than $20 per. Easily moveable and tuck in cleanly under my retractable tonneau cover. When the rubber mat is in place, they don't move a cm. When it's not, they can slide around a little bit depending on a hard turn or...
For me the official fix was the TSB that required replacing one of the blind spot sensors and reprogramming the system. It took them a touch longer because the TSB wasn't showing up against the HVs.
So I would say your solution is a workaround, not a fix.
#1 your parking sensors are not impacted. Visually you will think you are closer than you are. Should a calibration ever be performed or needed, you will find yourself at #3 once they try to line up the camera view.
#2 your camera view will line up, but technically be in "pending" mode. Should...
