I considered the TRD wheels but the +4 offset results in a lot of tire poke past the fender flares.
  2. Hard Tonneau Cover with Power Tailgate?

It’s amazing how many options we have for a tonneau cover. The margins must be high to have so many competitors in the bed cover space.

Thanks for sharing. I always love to read anything technical regarding the 4th Gen Tacoma’s.
  4. Photos: Wescott Designs preload collar lift kit + 305/70/17 Ridge Gappler + 17x8.5 +25 Method 305 Wheels

Owners will spend roughly $4k to have the mods completed that you mentioned. Remember to post some before and after photos! I have an appointment at 88Rotors next Tuesday for the WestScott collars, Method 305’s and Falken Wildpeak tires. They have 20 years of experience but unfortunately don’t...
  5. marked up 4g

Ouch!!! I just picked up a 2024 Off-Road in Solar Orange in SoCal for $1600 under window sticker. I also got the salesman to waive the $1995 “window tint and tire insurance“ ADM bullsheet. We all have different negotiating skills.

Your tire “poke” and the stance are perfect!!! Nicely done. I just picked up new 2024 TRD Off-Road and will be ordering a set of Method NV 305 +25 offset wheels and Falken Wild Peak 285/75/17 tires. I am curious if Westcott Designs has any authorized installers in the SoCal area.

  10. So Cal Dealerships holding Trail Hunter

It’s all about supply and demand. MSRP is suggested, dealers can do as they please for pricing. The Ford Raptor has experienced this ADM phenomenon for many, many years.
  11. TRD Pro Allocations. Post them here. 📋

I am curious as to what model year the first ones built will be. 2024 or 2025.
  12. Will the Turbo engine last (reliability / longevity)?

I heard a Toyota Tacoma engineer state that the engine is built to commercial truck engine standards with an emphasis on cooling.
  13. 2024 TRD Pro officially $63,900. Yikes!!!

For $64,150 you can order a brand new 2024 full sized F150 4WD Ford Tremor Crew Cab with a standard 5.0 V8 engine that sounds amazing. Yes, that’s only $250 higher than a Pro.
  14. Is the 2024 TRD Pro worth it anymore?

Ponder this. For only $250 more you can purchase a full size F150 4x4 Tremor Crew Cab with a standard 5.0 V8 engine. The Tremor starts at $64,150. Toyota is really testing their loyal Tacoma TRD Pro customer base with crazy high MSRP’s. I see discounts coming 3-6 months after Pro’s start...
  15. 2024 TRD Pro officially $63,900. Yikes!!!

  16. 2024 TRD Pro officially $63,900. Yikes!!!

I know Tundra sales have really slowed down hence the discounting. Curious if they are discounting TRD Pro Tundras as well.

  18. 2024 TRD Pro officially $63,900. Yikes!!!

It's a Tacoma. Tons of loyal, faithful buyers won't purchase any other brand. It's how Toyota was finally convinced to build a full size pickup truck. The loyalists will help keep sales afloat.
