Yes actually, I have heard that in another video. Let me find a link to it.
he is intentionally revving it up at the part of the video. It must be the OEM waste gate.
I didn’t know what the brake hold did on my wife’s Rav4 for over a year. Toyota buyers aren’t used to technology being part of the package. The idea that someone can’t buy a vehicle because it has features they aren’t aware of is kind of silly.
As per the turbo noise, that’s how they sound when...
I highly doubt that. They are spending money on advertising, they can sell every one that ships out, and there is a whole class of buyers who want the tried and true 3rg gens that are left. I think there is something else going on here. It could be a lot of different reasons.
They sell 250k...
Yeah whatever the hangup is, It will delay certain trims for sure. If I were buying an OR, I wouldn't accept the truck without it. To me that's a huge advantage to this new generation.
I bet it looks better with the whole bed rack installed as well. I don't think any roof rack looks that great on any naked pickup though, to be honest.
I know these were removed from a bunch of allocated trucks. Please comment whenever you receive a truck WITH a sway disconnect. I assume if these are delayed, this will cause issues with the release of the higher end TRD OR Hybrids, Pro and TH so I am keeping track of this.
I appreciate your...
I still believe the Pro is the top tier. They seem to be using it the most for their ads, and it is the most unique looking truck of the bunch with the blacked out roof and red interior. Its more appealing even for people who will drive it on the street fast. I do wish the seats were an option...
Toyota hasn't spent millions of dollars to advertise these trucks, pay channels like XO, pay for Super bowl ads, to build 12 of these trucks. And 100% this isnt even a production truck, its a prototype like the rest of what have been driving around (more than a dozen, I might add). All of these...
Theres already a kit for the Tundras to relocate the bed cam to the back of the truck for this reason. As far as the tailgate camera, I am unsure how that one will work. I will be figuring some stuff out!
Hey guys, I did another video covering some of the things that I havent seen talked about much. I know these trucks are expensive, but lets be real they are as luxurious as the past Lexus generation. The upper trims have some distinct advantages when it comes to those who actually wheel and...
1.) Do the Pros and TH exclusively get the additional cross member up front, or is that the Off-road models as well?
2.) If any are equipped with the air compressor, is it the ARB single or dual compressor unit?
3.) Steering gearing is different on the TH/Pro. Can you ask if that is exclusive to...
Thank you for this, I appreciate it. I’m waiting on a hybrid myself, just my keeping tabs on what Toyota has going on currently.
Interesting they have TRD Pros going out, and I’m honestly not sure what the trail edition is? I know they did that for the 3rd gen, but not the 4th. Unless those are...
Have any trucks been confirmed to be at dealerships yet? Or are they still waiting in Mexico for EPA stuff? I don't mean some update on a website, I mean has anyone seen any at a dealership yet?
If you do a lot of trails, I would advise against the 6 foot bed. That thing has a HUGE wheelbase. Exact same as the crew cab 2019 F150 we have at the shop. Longer wheel base than a Gladiator, and those things get hung up on rocks even with a 35" tire.
