Do some research with the fireplace. They aren't temp controlled like some other options out there, and I hear they aren't very effective in the real low temps like a diesel heater or even a Truma propane heater is.

Moon roof is not an option on the TH. In various videos Sheldon tells people its a prototype and that feature will not be part of the TH. Bed rack is optional. Snorkel is part of the package.

Man id just go check out the non hybrid at the dealership in December. Plenty of them will be an identical truck minus the hybrid battery. You can flip the rear seat up and know that space will not exist, but get an idea of what it looks like. Mountain States wont be doing MSRP markups

I attempted to find out some of that info at the Mountain West event but Toyotas reps didn’t really know anything the overland crowd would want to know. It’s a good way to present the truck but they should have educated their reps a lot more.

Pretty positive the racks are optional, but they need to be showing it off with the rest of it to get peoples attention. The extension probably looks a lot better, which is set up for tents and gear.

I’m pretty confident the snorkel won’t be optional, but the rest will be. Several TH models have been spotted without all the racks so I’m quite confident they are leaving racks and front bumpers to companies like CBI, ARB, or of course their own options for those who want it. I’m with you that...

Long bed looks best, but holy smokes that F150 wheelbase really ruins some of its potential. Where we went offroad last weekend here in Colorado, it would have been a major issue getting through a section of the trail with a 144” wheel base.

I’m curious why you guys would even want the Trailhunter without the snorkel, roof rack, bed rack. It would be cheaper just to buy the OR model and add a suspension. Aside from interior color, you’re not getting much different.

I believe the chief engineer said in a video the Pro will only get the 5 foot. I have been wrong before though
