I highly doubt this is true. Toyota had the exhaust dump installed on the Trailhunter even on the press release trucks, so that OEM part was designed and produced in early 2023. And I agree with others - hijacking this post is definitely sleazy self-promotion.

Something to keep in mind for units like this... These tools have the ability to read/write coding to your ECU, TCU, BCMs, Infotainment units, etc. This means that they have the ability to write incorrect codes, or fail during a write, which could result in dash lights for malfunctioning...
