Yeah that’s pretty close to where I’m running mine. I’m sorry you’re having those issues. Maybe I have a higher tolerance to bumps but I am very impressed how the stock TRD Off-road suspension rides even with the E tires. I have the same size winter tire in SL on right now and it’s maybe a touch...
Ok, I read Victories install instructions and was a little confused about what you would use those cables for if they didn’t plug into anywhere on the truck. Perhaps someone more tech-y than me would have a use for them.
I looked around under the dash and there appears to be a large rubber...
Great post @gofastdan !
You guys will have to forgive my ignorance. Are you suggesting that with the proper connector/pigtail I could power a radio from that connection/port that is shown in one of your picture underneath that plastic part you took off? Or am I still going to have to try and...
@Victory 4x4 I would also be very interested in a mount for an 8” screen. Here’s the dash behind my 8” screen. Thank you for all your work getting us set up for radios with the new trucks.
Horses for courses.
Unless you’re out in the wilderness aired down on sharp rocks I wouldn’t bother with 10 ply tires. I do have them on mine and I didn’t notice much difference in ride but mpgs took a hit. Love them off road though.
I heard the pre-runners had a bit of a front lift which sounds like you can confirm. My Off Road has about 2” of rake, if the pre-runner has less rake that would confirm.
Here are my thoughts.
I have a TRD Off road and taken it on some pretty gnarly off-road trails. There were a couple occasions where, after bouncing around for an hour, I was thinking it sure would be nice to have some suspension on these seats. If you don’t off-road, I’m not sure why you’d want...
Yeah buddy!
For the first time I now have dedicated winters on a truck, but in the past KO2s worked well.
Lake Louise just opened this week here, but waiting for the freeride terrain to open before I head out. Here’s hoping for much better snow than last year!
I’m not sure what Westcott said about it, but their lift is two spacers. One in coil and one above coil for a total of 2.5” of lift. Since one of their spacers is in the coil it would in fact reduce suspension travel(extension) and likely induce more wear on the CV axles due to the higher lift...
I’d guess the Ridge Grapplers would be the least capable in snow. I’ve had a couple sets of KO2s and they were very capable in the snow, the KO3s look like they would be even better. Always wanted to try Wildpeaks based on the AT3W reviews but haven’t yet. The AT4s are very heavy like you said...
