Coverking makes Neoprene covers for the 2024. Probably a little over your budget though for both front and back.

I'd suggest holding off a bit...
I don't think just adding an amp to the subwoofer would help much. It simply doesn't have enough displacement to really boom. You'd need a new sub design and there's not a lot of space behind that seat to do much to improve displacement.
OEM Bed Mat works great.. specifically to keep things from sliding around. Been using them for about a decade including on my '24.
You might also want to follow the discussion already going on about bed mats...
Not directly on a per-speaker level but you can use the setting to move the sound toward the back speakers a bit which I found helped some. On the screen where you set high, midrange and bass levels, below that is a visual where you can drag the focal point of the audio. Sadly no way to move...
The thought of drilling holes in a brand new truck is scary at first but then when you remember it's the composite bed, not metal so no issue with having to seal the bare edges for rust protection, etc. it kind of becomes far less scary.
Been using the EOM mats for over a decade and no issues living in a fairly humid area. The mat is flat on the bottom and very thick/stiff so it lays across the ridges in the bed rather than molding to them. This make it so there are channels under the mat for water to drain and air to pass...
It's quite slippery. IMO, the bed mat is the way to go because then you can remove it when you want slippery. For example, I pick up 10 bags of mulch... nice to take the mat out first then when you're unloading, you can drag the bags to the back easily.
In 2004 I had an F150 and I worked the job 40 minutes away from my house that was all highway driving 1 way except for 2 miles. With the tailgate up, I consistently got four days of driving both ways. With the tailgate down, I consistently got five days of driving both ways. I've had covers on...
I doubt that it does support any kind of rack system since it doesn't expose any of the frame when closed. That's one of the tradeoffs of having it super low profile and discrete, I suppose.
Define "out of the way". Hard rollups (Sentry CT, Revolver X4, etc) are similar but they roll up on top of the bed instead of down into it. With retractable, you lose bed space all the time.. even when it's closed. With normal hard rollup, you don't lose bed space either way but it's not...
My wallet is supposedly RFID blocking although I've never tested it to confirm because it wasn't a feature I was specifically looking for. However, the key works just find from my wallet.
