  1. 2025 Nissan Frontier

Umm....that's the same thing as we have in the Tacoma. I don't know what they'll put in the Frontier but the Tacoma's inverter is a modified sine wave as well, which really irritates me.
  2. Cali ditch light install

Hopefully you already have it figured out but, if not, I used the Aux 3 wiring plug, located right under the windshield washer reservoir. The Cali Raised harness was just long enough to reach. It's confusing b/c the Aux 3 wiring there has four wires and it's not at all clear which you will...
  3. Anyone Rear Seat Delete yet? Here's my progress

Kind of off topic but if you pull the subwoofer there is a large vent behind it. I simply drilled a hole in the back of the subwoofer enclosure and ran wiring through the vent. Works great and didn't have to modify anything other than a 1/2 inch hole in the back of the subwoofer enclosure...
  4. Triplealiners | Discover Our 2024 Tacoma Product Line with 15% Off

I got the interior floor mats a couple of weeks ago and I'm very happy with them.
  5. Does the Trailhunter trim come stock with a resonator?

I just picked up my axle dump tip this week and it does now come with the hanger, at least mine did.
  6. Dan's 2024 TRD OR Celestial Silver Long Bed Build

Finally, the axle dump exhaust tip. I was surprised that apparently they've changed the part and it now has the hanger bracket already welded on. That was unexpected, but nice. One tip for removing the old exhaust. First, lift the truck using the subframe (not the axle) to get as much...
  7. Dan's 2024 TRD OR Celestial Silver Long Bed Build

Next, TRD Performance Air Filter. Not much to show with this one...
  8. Dan's 2024 TRD OR Celestial Silver Long Bed Build

First up, lettering for the tailgate.
  9. Dan's 2024 TRD OR Celestial Silver Long Bed Build

As part of buying my truck through the Costco auto program I got 50% off parts, accessories and/or service, up to $200 off, so I splurged on a few items.
  10. 285/70/17 K03 stock tires on TRD Off-Road wheels

Not OP but I sold the tires off my TRD OR (Trail Terrain) with ~300 miles on them for $500 with a Facebook Marketplace ad. I think maybe the ad was up for about a day before the tires got snapped up.
  11. Trailhunter 6' bed

The tires are 285/70 R17 KO3's. I have the Westcott Designs kit on it (2.5" front, .75" rear) and it's sitting perfectly flat with the Lone Peak camper, which is ~400lbs. That said, I'm on the hunt for revised rate springs b/c once I'm done building it out with another ~400lbs it will squat...
  12. Recommendation for Roof Rack?

There are plenty of aftermarket parts that are still not in production for the new Tacoma but roof racks aren't one of them. Seemingly everyone is making one.... Prinsu, Westcott Designs, RCI, Rough Country, Cali Raised, Rago Fabrication, Victory, and many more...
  13. Ditch Light Bracket

I have the Cali Raised and although I suppose they do block a bit, it hasn't bothered me at all. I have the Cali Raised lights as well and they're pretty large so imho that might make more difference than the actual brackets.
  14. First alucab on a 4th gen tacoma

I'm in Portland this week so stopped by the Ironman HQ today and spent a few minutes talking to them about the rear suspension. They say they're in manufacturing and they should have them in stock ~mid-August. They have three different spring rates for the coils. They have two '24's they've...
  15. First alucab on a 4th gen tacoma

I'll be interested to see what you do. I'm in the same position as far as the suspension goes. My Lone Peak weighs ~400lbs (180kg) and will definitely need a higher rate coil or similar once I build out storage and whatnot. May also add Timbren bumpstops in the back. Ironman 4x4 has told me...
  16. Costco Auto Program

The way the program works, you choose your vehicle w/options and then the dealer applies Costco pricing to that vehicle's invoice. In the case of Toyota's allocation-style order process there really wasn't any way to choose options but that's on Toyota, not Costco. Costco has no way to drive...
  17. Costco Auto Program

First, I always preface my Costco related remarks by saying that I retired last April after working for Costco for 31 years so my comments are obviously biased. That said, I've purchased three or four vehicles now through the Costco program and have always had a good experience. In the case of...
