I’m mostly irritated that the sport doesn’t have MTS, or at least a tone down version of it. It’s not a dealbreaker, but let’s be honest it’s only software.
Hi everyone. I'm a bit perplexed here as to which way to go. I have an allocation of a TRD OR (Black) and a TRD Sport (White) and am not sure which to take. I haven't put a deposit on the Sport yet, but that's coming. Both. have Feb build dates and are within $1000 of each other. I don't...
That's funny. This was the dealership that told me that if I wanted a truck, it would be $5000ADM and I had to use in house financing. It looks like they're charging MSRP now... either way, never going there again.
Nope. The sensor is below the grill now. Plus, this is a genuine OEM Part, not a knockoff. Will probably be pricy, but worth it. You will probably have to move the camera from your old one to the new.
I'm sure they will, and I will go that way if I have to. Looks like their tanks are steel, which would make them weigh more (and they're more expensive). I am friends with a service manager at one of the local dealerships. They don't have much documentation on the Tacoma yet, but I know that...
I may be getting ahead of myself here, but I'm wondering about the fuel tank. 18 Gallons is a real disappointment for range. I'm sure they did this to increase cargo capacity, but since it is supposedly the same frame as a Tundra with the end lopped off, would a Tundra 32 Gallon tank fit...
Added my Black TRD OR. It may be interesting to add columns for Build Date, Actual Build Date, Estimated ETA, and Date Received. Just to get an idea if things are delayed.
The mileage was one of the things that pushed me away from the ZR2. Also, no front sensors and hardly any interior storage (not even folding seats in the back). I can't do 16 mpg. I know that people say that you don't buy this type of truck for mileage, and they're right but the range is just...
Well, this is nowhere near as bad as Ford. I put my Ranger Raptor order in June and it’s still not scheduled. They were supposed to be in dealerships by the end of August and nobody seen one yet there hasn’t even been a press drive. If these get delayed for a week or so because of the EPA...
Well, I just do the 10, lol. I have a 21 F150 right now. It’s been in a lot for recalls. It is bigger for sure, especially the backseat. I’m just tired of driving a full size everywhere because it’s kind of a pain. I had a 2019 Ranger before that and it was a great truck, but I got greedy when...
There's an easy solution. Don't let your wife drive your truck :). I think that's a rule... 4A is a PITA. The Ranger only has it on the Raptor, but the Lariat does have memory seats. Problem is the thing looks so weak in every trim other than Raptor (which is a gas hog). The Colorado is...
Mine shows Dealer Hold. I think that means they have a deposit on the truck and it's basically sold. It probably shows the other dealers that it isn't available for trade.
Man, that really sucks. If there is a QC issue, then I guess it's good that they found it. Kind of an odd place to get stopped. I wonder if something happened during shipping.
I plan on going in with my pre-approval from the CU. I've done this with other cars, granted not Toyota, and they've always been able to magically match the rate. They know I plan to check outside rates and say they don't care. I have my trade in writing and the vehicle is sticker, so not...
Same boat. I have about $15K down with my trade, and they're giving me a decent price. I talked to the dealership and told them that there are several credit unions around with rates around 5.5% for up to 72 months. They said that was fine, but they'll see what they can do to match...
You need to start harassing them. Even if they don't have an allocation, they can probably find one and trade. My dealership did just that. It took them 3 days. I'm getting the same trim as you, but black. Talk to the sales manager, and if they don't cooperate go to another dealer. I had a...
They would probably love to sell direct. Most states require manufacturers to sell through dealerships, so they are protected by law. Tesla had issues with this from the beginning.

The 2024 Tacoma now has a different hub bore. It went from 106.1 down to 95.1
Lug bolt pattern is still 6-139.7
Lug size is 14x1.5
Has anyone heard if you can use wheels for a 2023 on the new Tacoma? I'm getting a black TRD OR and would really like solid black...
