My son and I went to home depot but could not find anything. I called @SPV Parts and we both were thinking of the exact same solution - a small, stainless steel powder coated piece of hardware with oval slots - I’ll post when it’s set up !!!! John at SPV is the best by the way!
Edit...
Mine is too close to open my hood. My plan is to find a 2” rectangular bracket to get the ditch light about 1” toward driver. I think it’ll work. I
My son suggested that - they are so closely contoured to the hood and specific to each side, if that makes any sense, that I don’t think it will work. Also I like the visibility I get with it off to the side on the driver side.
Over the hood is a WAY better design.
Hey guys - SPV gave me a pass through harness to get my Rigid A pillar ditch lights to run on the running lights for the backlights. While I got aux to work the running light harness doesn’t connect to any of the plugs in my headlight. It’s the wrong connector it seems. Have no clue how to get...
After 30 days they will declare a total loss and get you a new one . Hope it works out man. You may not want this one after someone abused it. HPD did literally zero for me.
Hey guys - I got some kick ass Rigid 360s from SPV. The only issue is the passenger side ditch hits the snorkel when I open the hood. Even if I rotate it, it hits. All I can think to do is find a 2” piece of mounting hardware with a slot that I could use to shift the light toward the driver...
And of course my alignment spec from the dealer is totally different. It’s wild that I cannot get my Tacoma TH aligned with confidence. My pocket has cash in it - just need someone competent to do the job.
Yup. They are dumber than I ever could have imagined (and I assumed they were dumb as rocks). Same issues. One tech said my suspension was added by my dealership. It took a lot for me not to strangle him.
As @TX-BluStreak said, someone stole my 22 Tacoma from the front of my house in the heights. Was really upsetting. Houston has become a dangerous urban place to live with some sophisticated business-gangs unfortunately. This is why I’m always going to my ranch. Safe and quiet there.

It’s goddamn annoying - if there is one thing I need on all the time it’s tire pressure and I shouldn’t have to keep clicking around when I’m trying to drive
