Interesting - what is twin scroll? I saw that in my truck data sheet. Is it like a split turbo with two cylinders each supplying a turbine so you’ve got the power at half the RPM? Sort of like a twin turbo?

I think that they believe they will make more money in the long run if they fix this problem on the back end, if and when transmissions fail. Issue is that their reputation is taking a big fucking pop right now. And that will cost them more.

I used to drive an E550 and I feel like my Trailhunter is pretty nice and luxurious on the inside. It has everything.

The problem for me is that my transmission *may* be fucked. Even if nothing happens I’ll be nervous the entire time. And also I don’t know if the transmission is just a little less reliable. Maybe it only hits 150K miles instead of 200. I’d rather it just die so I can get a good transmission.
