Rear diff oil change at 2000 miles, handful of decent sized shards on the drain plug, did a clean catch of the oil and there was grit suspended in the oil but no shards in the catch pan.
Previous Gen I had, Installed roof rack and lights and the already anemic 4.0 struggled on the freeway.
How is the 4th gen holding up?

Looking for suggestions for a online store that is trustworthy for OEM parts, e.g. air filters, oil filters, crush washers, toyota oils, etc???? I hate paying dealership prices, and hate the drive.
Who's using 5w-30. Lots agree that 0-20 is for CAFE standards or EPA BS. I believe in 0-20 as much as I believe in 10k oil changes.
Any of you guys running 5w-30? Have you done an oil analysis?
