  1. GPS App compatibility with Apple Carplay and vehicle 14" screen

I know that GAIA GPS will load onto the info screen utilizing Apple Carplay but I don't like the layers or more importantly the layers that are not available with GAIA. Do you guys know if ONYX offroad will work on the vehicle info screen?
  2. FYI Factory Alignment at 3k Miles

Just wanted to post a heads up for those swapping in expensive new tires. At just 3,000 miles my alignment was pretty out of whack, glad I elected to do an alignment when I put new BFG's.
  3. Tracker installed by dealer

Wife's 2026 Grand Hilander battery has been going dead so I was looking for a parasitic draw and found this tracker/telemetric dealer installed device. We purchased vehicles at the same time from same dealer so now I gotta go find the one on my 2026 Tacoma
  4. Rear Diff oil change at 2000

Rear diff oil change at 2000 miles, handful of decent sized shards on the drain plug, did a clean catch of the oil and there was grit suspended in the oil but no shards in the catch pan.
  5. Roof Rack, Lights, and Gas mileage?

Previous Gen I had, Installed roof rack and lights and the already anemic 4.0 struggled on the freeway. How is the 4th gen holding up? Notice a hit on the gas mileage?
  6. OEM Parts

Gents Looking for suggestions for a online store that is trustworthy for OEM parts, e.g. air filters, oil filters, crush washers, toyota oils, etc???? I hate paying dealership prices, and hate the drive.
  7. 5w-30

Who's using 5w-30. Lots agree that 0-20 is for CAFE standards or EPA BS. I believe in 0-20 as much as I believe in 10k oil changes. Any of you guys running 5w-30? Have you done an oil analysis? Getting ready to do my first oil change at 1k, then switch to 5w-30 pending real world reasons...
  8. Hybrid and a Winch?

After seeing the numerous posts about the anemic 4th gen 12v system on the hybrid models, has any of used a winch for a real world recovery? I'm interested in knowing if there's enough juice to run one before I pull the trigger on a 10K?
  9. Keeping it Simple

Really liking this Softopper, solid and super tight. BFG's, Softopper, waiting on my lightweight Greenlane sliders and I'm ready for spring turkey and some spring mud in NM.
  10. Toyota is my Fav

I was looking hard at a Ford Maverick but ultimately chose the Tacoma because it matches my Rheem water heater best.
