This should be really helpful to those trims that don't ship with hood insulation. I think the hood insulation is MOSTLY there for engine noise mitigation, which would be nice to have.

I agree. If my vehicle had no hood insulation, I would buy and install it.

Looks good, have it on my wishlist but can't make more purchases at the moment. I own several vehicles that no longer have the factory hood insulation due to age. It does make a difference in noise.
