Free shipping on orders over $75. It should have been an option at checkout. What dealer were you using?

Try autoparts.americantoyota.com. I wonder if it has to do with the size/weight of what you are ordering.

What are you ordering? Things like touch up paint pens they won't ship and the entire order must be picked up. Take it out and everything ships.
