It isn't a small breather/vent like what you will find on the differentials but it does have one. It is part of a bracket and has a hose that attaches to it.
Do you know off hand which side of the transmission it runs up? I have an ARB remote breather setup I want to get on it.

I believe they typically run up the passenger side.

Toyota does unfortunately not carry the correct transfer case fluids and diff fluids are usually stocked in drums not for over the counter purchase. According to my system the Transfer oil isn't even available anymore saying its obsolete. From everything I have seen, information in conflicting. My dealer uses Mobil Delvac modern axle 75w gear oil(its 75w90 GL5) for all 4WD fluids including transfer cases yet from what I have read GL-5 is not compatible with the transfer case as the case has yellow metals(brass, copper, or bronze) and the sulfur in GL5 is corrosive to yellow metals. But if Toyota is using it, it should be safe? Because I cannot find any definitive answer, I am going to be doing my own fluid changes and using Redline MT-LV 70w/75w oil as it is yellow metal safe and meets the exact fluid viscosity requirements. Do not need my transfer case failing from Toyotas use of incorrect fluids.
So I got an update on this after reaching out. There is a new part number specifically for the transfer case oil they just released. 00279-DGOLF. It is the new part number specifically for 75W LF transfer case oil. Its expensive compared to aftermarket solutions(Retail is $148 CAD here) but anyone wanting to stick with OEM this is the exact fluid required in the transfer case. And this one can be ordered in and purchased for over the counter sales. It isn't required for dealers to make bulk purchases so you can call up your local dealer and they can get this fluid ordered in for you. You can probably find it a lot cheaper online. Some online retailers I am seeing have it for around $50USD.
