2025 SR5 to OEM TRD Off road Suspension Swap

Is it worth considering picking up a brand new OEM TRD off road suspension package that is on FB for next to nothing to put on a stock SR5? Is the fuss worth it? Basically throwing on what is in the pic vs. OEM SR5.

I did it to my SR5. Definitely happy with the results. Better off-road experience.

I would have all the labor in mind and any impact on warranty a 2025 obviously has for a while yet. The hit to trade might be brutal, but I found just getting TRD OR in the first place the right move. You'll get the better seats, locker axle, and more.

If wrenching is a hobby this could make more sense. Good luck and best wishes no matte what you do.

Shock Surplus has a video stating that the 5100s ride better than the stock OR suspension although they have less technology (ESCV, reservoir). They’re pretty reasonable but certainly not next to nothing. The OR suspension is good in some scenarios and kind of harsh in others.
