2026 TRD Pro Hybrid owner here running Falken Wildpeak 35x11.5R18 on stock trd pro wheels. (No rubbing with positive castor adjsutment) Considering OTT Stage 1 tune + Hypertech #730137 for speedo correction. Any other hybrid TRD Pro or i-FORCE MAX owners running OTT with 35s? How noticeable are the shift and throttle changes on 87 octane for daily city/highway driving? Any long-term reliability notes after a few thousand miles? And is anyone running the Hypertech #730137 on the '26 Hybrid? Hypertech site doesn't state so.

I have a 2025 TRD Sport running pro wheels and tires, as well as OTT state 1. I love the stance and look of the wheels / tires. The OTT stage 1 delivers increased HP / torque and feels great while daily driving or spirited driving.

None! In fact, I'm currently planning/adding mods enroute to moving to a stage 3 OTT tune.
Once all of the mods are present, I will have OTT get a little more aggresive on my calibration.
- CAI
- Intercooler
- Downpipe
- Performace exhaust

There is still a bottleneck in the turbo inlet. Once that has been developed, I will upgrade that and the turbo itself.

No changes to suspension. The pro tires are taller than my stock tires were, but the speedometer isn't off by enough for me to worry about it. I did have the speedometer calibrator on my 3G Tacoma, but don't think it is neccesary with my 4G.
