looks great. I just picked up some RRW +18s. Was planning on wildpeak either 285/70/17 SL or 275/70/17 C. The 285 SL is actually lighter. How are you liking them? I’m that loser who still cares about gas mileage so curious how they have been for you.

Thanks! I'm very happy with the 285/70R17 SL's. I've always run LT tires on previous trucks, so this is my first set of SL's and I'm glad I went with them. The ride is a little smoother and I'm sure the fuel economy took less of a hit. Keep in mind the Falkens run heavy regardless of being SL rated. If you're going for ultimate fuel economy, the Toyo Open Country AT3's are quite a bit lighter. Personally, I think the Falkens look better than the Toyo's though.

Wow, I actually didn’t know that! Thanks for that info, I’m gonna look into it to it. Unfortunately, I do care about mileage more than anything else. Hate to say it but that’s just the truth haha. No doubt the wild peaks look amazing so I may just sacrifice a little mileage for the wild peaks.
