Does anyone have any experience installing speakers like this in our trucks without any aftermarket amplification?

I want to pull the trigger, but I also know that in the past, door speakers without an amp leave a lot to be desired.

I do have the BeatSonic ENA 3T3 with an aftermarket powered subwoofer.

80W RMS speakers. Highly doubt the stock JBL amp is producing anywhere near that output. So you may notice some improvement over the JBL, but it wouldn't be anywhere near the potential without an amp upgrade as well.
