I put a Revolver X4TS on truck back in the spring. So far the cover works great, although for the price I think the fit and finish is less than desirable. One area is the end of the rails are rough cut with very sharp edges. When I installed the cover, I knew that I was going to cut my leg or hand wide open one day on it getting in and out of the bed and figured I'd come up with a solution.

Awhile back I made a custom 3D printed end cap to cover the edges and I got some good interest. Since then, I've made some upgrades to the initial design, and I figured I'd post here for anyone interested.

Good solution. I was a little disappointed as well. I ended up just filing them down around the edges.

I recently had someone have an issue with my covers not fitting on their 25 Tacoma. Looks like BAK may have changed the way they seal the back edge. From the picture I saw they added a gasket under the back edge which prevents these covers from sliding on, at least post install. If you're looking at getting a set, please make sure you review the installed pictures in the listing and make sure your edge looks the same.

If anyone has any pictures of their recent install on their Tacoma that they can post I'd love to be able to review and see if I can modify these covers to fit better.
