Canadian flaps - bulge or no bulge ?

Hey guys - I bought the Canadian mud flaps (extra wide - for the PRO/TH models), and they have this ridiculous bulge on the front flaps that cause rubbing for my front tires when running 285s. I just saw this video on FB of a guy who installed the Canadian flaps on his Trailhunter and the front flaps don’t have the bulge at all. Anyone have a picture of the inside of the front flaps ?

Mine rubbed from the dealer on the stock size tires, I swapped them out immediately for RokBlokz until ark made the ones that fit our truck

@tacorancher , i had these flaps on truck before i went to my 295,s. I had to removebecause of the bulge, however i was thinking of taking a dremel tool and reducing the bulge on inner flap, im in process of figuring a remedy out , these tires are everything i wanted, but with the snow season up here its amazing how much “sling” these tires throw, my windows are covered , but….i wouldnt change tires for nothing lol, and i will get same size again, …keep us posted how you make out im interested thanks

I tried removing the bulge but mangled them … what I’m most curious about is how they dude’s flaps have no bulge.

I’m using the word bulge because it makes people click on my thread lol

Had bulge. Cut bulge flat to be inline with the rest of the flap.

I have the same issue. Im rubbing on stock size trailhunter tires on the falkens on that dumb bump. I was thinking of trying to cut it down but i dont really have a tool for that kind of fine work

Can you show me picture of your Mudflap with the bulge?
