Dang it I love rants! I love ranting too
It was regarding shock surplus being MIA on my ordered Dobinsons springs. Have the other $3500 worth of suspension components from them and my install is awaiting those rear springs. They WILL NOT respond to my emails. Didn’t know if anyone else has had issues with them

Ah man, I'm sorry.

I had this issue with with aspire until I emailed with the subject "Order Charge Back" then suddenly I got multiple emails and got my money back.

This is frustrating though!

If you don't hear from them you could:

Leave a negative review

Submit a BBB complaint

Submit a complaint with your states Attorney General Consumer Protection division

File a charge back with your bank

Usually one of those things will get people moving. Businesses certainly do not like getting a notification of a complaint from the state AG office

I called Dobinsons and they are 100% sold out til mid May of the c59-819v springs. Mudify only has the teal and at a higher price than SS. No one has the springs in stock.

I don’t need to drag them into a complaint. I really just wish they had the decency to be up front about it. If I can find that information, they can just as easily.

I’ve put so much time and energy into this suspension it is frustrating to be punched in the face by apathy. They just don’t care.

Well, if they don't respond they're all simple online complain resolution forms.

Best of luck!

I'm taking my 819's (red) off next week and then am planning to take an extended road trip to Arizona the end of May. I'd be happy to sell you the springs but shipping them might be more than it's worth. If you still haven't received them by the end of May though we could meet somewhere in Arizona, although I know that's quite a long time out and hopefully you don't have to wait that long!....

Thanks man! I should be good for then but will keep this in mind.

Why are you taking them off?

Sorry to hear about your dilemma, I'm not a patient person but I have had to become one with my Truck, since retailers are still creating the wheel, when it comes to mods.
Not with them, but it took 6 months to get my Dobinsons 823 rear coil Springs due to a backorder in supply and shipping. 😔
I actually asked for a refund from R4T and reorder through Dobinsons, still took almost a month.

They served me well but at this point I've got too much weight (I'm right at GAWR, both front and rear) for both shocks and springs so I'm completely replacing the suspension with Ironman's foam cell set up.

Just get the teal, they look sick, not that you really see them anyway.

I was going to order my 6112s through shock surplus and have them install them.. They were going to make a youtube video. Their total quote for parts and labor was insane. Then I saw their google reviews, lol. Yikes.
