I am interested in getting the DD SS40 Dual-Color LED bar and mounting it to either a Prinsu Pro or a Sherpa Rainier rack. The NEW Diode Dynamics Stage Series bars use TWO mounting bolts, vertically oriented to each other. Sherpa states its’ DD Stage Series mounts are NOT compatible with this new two bolt model. The Sherpa mounting point appears to be on a cross bar’s side t-slot, behind the light, not below. Prinsu’s appears to be to the bar that the wind fairing is mounted to - hence at an angle below the light. Does anyone have a solution to mounting the DD 40 on either of these racks? Thanks

these mounting issues are what are leading me to consider the caliraised kit that has a built in mini faring for the lights when not in use:

you can use that twist knob to raise and lower the wind deflector when the light bar is not in use, and seems like an obvious win. Not a shill for Caliraised (pretty disappointed in the lead times and lack of updates on my sliders, honestly), but this seems to be the best thought out solution I've seen.

Addendum: Sherpa tells me they do not intend to make a mounting bracket for the new Diode Dynamics Stage Series with the two bolt mounting points. More business for Baja I guess ……
