Dirty Trailhunter... Sunday Morning Drive Coming Down

Got out to the Verde river north of Phoenix between Horseshoe and Bartlett lakes for a cool swim before it got too hot. Thought I'd share a few pics of the Sunday morning drive. Somehow the black looks even better when it's dirty.

Love those TH wheels. Would you mind sharing the trail? I've been dying to take mine out. Need to find a good trail that won't give me any "AZ pinstripes". Local to the PHX area.

Yeah, once you take Horshoe Lake Dam rd it turns to dirt all the way to Horshoe Lake. When you get to the campground bear right past the campground and you'll find a few nice little trails that will get you down to to the river. The high view is on the Bartlett Lake Dam rd. It also turns to dirt on the other side of the lake, but it's closed once you get below the dam.
