Does your Tacoma Bed Rattle on Certain Bumps?

Hello Guys,

Wondering if your Tacoma bed is doing the same:

My bed rattles when going over fast shallow bumps in the road, if I do a speedbump it wont rattle.

I can only reproduce this noise on what seems to "upset" the bed a bit...

The noise is loud enough I can hear it with the windows up, suspension seems to be torqued properly.

Is this normal in a Truck Bed?

I have heard something similar in my Trailhunter, but only on certain bumps. I cannot reproduce either and I haven't been able to pinpoint it. It sounds like it is behind me and coming from the bed.

Check your console box and make sure nothing is rattling in there. The walls are hard plastic and if there is something solid in there it resonates.

I have a spray on liner as well.

I haven't noticed this recently, but I have since installed a bed liner, full bed Molle panels, Hi Lift jack mounted to the rails, gas cans on the front Molle, and an Alu-cab Contour Canopy as well as some other items in the bed. Perhaps the weight makes a difference.

My 23 OR rattled. I put rubber washers under it. Literally go under truck, find bolts, put rubber washers between bed and metal. I found it on YT.
